body language - attraction?
I know when two people are attracted to each other they can often mirror each others body language. I am curious to know whether this can extend to tone of voice and copying certain phrases the other person uses; or would this be more of a coincidence?

- That is correct. Other signs include Parallel shoulders, a reduced distance from each other, and to signify interest, a tilted head and to show particular interest; rearranging of glasses and rubbing of eyerbrows.
- No it is just association and picking up habits. I noticed myself doing this and it was to a relative of the same sex. People who hang out will pick up and use eachothers phrases and way of speaking. Obviously it could happen when someone is attracted to someone but it doesn't mean it for sure and there are better things to go on. Do not trust so-called body language. It's pretty simple to figure out if someone is interested in you, and you should not have to be over-analyzing them. It's impossible, some people might lean back in their chair or cross their arms over their body simply because it is comfortable for them. It has nothing to do with being open. Life doesn't revolve around our sub-conscious attraction to other people.
