what does the body language mean when a person moves his shoulders while talking?

1. "I don't know", "I'm not sure", "Hmmmm...".
2. Nothing at all. You have probably herd people or seen things about been able to tell peoples lies and such by their body language. In reality it takes years to learn peoples behavior and is why there are agencies in law enforcement that specialize in such things. Yes you can find publishing's about reading peoples expressions but for the most part there are only two or tree that apply when someone leans forward to listen when someone speaks, or when they sit back. one tells you they are listening and the other they are not. Other than those everything else even moving their shoulders can be off unless you notice other parts of their bodies as well but for that you also need to know what conditions you are talking in, and what the conversation is about, and etc.... etc... so unless you are trained or someone trained is in presence who knows what it could mean.
3. "I`ve got a bad habit I can`t stop, while talking`!
4. in my opinion he means that he is hiding something from u or had done it and giving unneccassary explainations tc
