are there any classes you can take in college to learn to read body language?

4. Psychology Psychiatry i took both. I read people better than i can read books!
5. Criminal investigator? Maybe they teach some stuff. Psychology does too.
6. Check out Dr. Paul Ekman (www.paulekman.com). He wrote a book about the subject. Don't know whether any college courses use his book, but he's considered an expert on body language.
7. Yes, theater (drama) courses are all about conveying body language and you'll have the practicums to actually do it.
