How can you tell if a woman likes you, or is just looking for an ego boost?
Hey I'm 25 and this 43 year old girl I work with has been giving me these seductive stares, and telling me things in a deep voice like how good I am at my job. I only see her twice a day on average, so its hard to tell if shes just a natural flirt or if shes into me. But its really quite over the top (licking her lips, continuous staring at me, flipping her hair etc.). Almost 100% sexual body language. OK I dont wanna make a fool of myself by asking her out because itd be weird if she is just doing this for attention, since I then have to face her everyday. I am considered handsome by friends but kind of dorky/nervous around women. Perhaps she knows I feel a bit nervous around her and is torturing me for fun(lol)? Is there any way to find out what her true intentions are before making a move on her? Something I might say to "test" just how into me she is, or if shes just playing games?

- When she stares, simply smile back at her and wave. Then go back to doing whatever you were doing. Perhaps say things like to her... you are good at your job.. You reply... And I know you know what a good job is... ...I always make sure there is 100% satisfaction... ...It pleases me to please the one that is taking care of me... and consider saying some other things like... Back at ya babe... When she gives you those body movements, say Is it hot in here or is that just comming you? Out of the blue, tell her she is pretty. If she looks down, give her a hug and whisper in her ear, "You are the coolest." Good luck.
