Fix body language

Need help interpreting the signs from the body language of a girl. Also, how to approach her?

I am going to be working somewhere over the summer. A week ago, all the employees met at the facility to get to know the departments they would be working at. There was this girl that I looked at several times, and every time our eyes met, she was smiling. Which leads me to my first question: 1) Does this mean that she may be interested in me? I'm hoping the answer the answer is "yes" (wouldn't anyone), and if it is, than how do I go approach her? Our shifts are not on the same day, and I don't go to school with her: 2) How do I approach her? Could anyone help me out a little? Thanks a lot for your time.

  1. yes start off with small talk
  2. start by giving her a smile 1st. if she smiles back then thats good. next time u see her, say hey watz up and give her a wink.. this will make her interested, shell want to see more, ull appear mysterious. then u just start a conversation ask her name (even if u already know it). itll take off from there
  3. Maybe, here is what you do... Talk to her, be friendly, talk about work. Run into her as much as possible untill you are ready to... Flirt with her, but be sorta shy too. If she acts odd when you do, then just avoid her... she's not interested. It should be easy since you don't see each other often.
  4. If she was smiling at you, then this is a good sign. So, from there, find an opportunity to approach her in casual conversation. During the casual conversation, smile at her also. Introduce yourself, and ask for her name also. For example, "Hi, I'm (your name), what's your name? If you are both comfortable with the casual conversation, you can gradually move things along from there. Don't be in a hurry - too pushy! It may take some time and several encounters. Guage her reaction to the casual conversation. If it's a "go" and you get the green light, then go for it. See if the chemistry is right, and continue. Then, the casual conversation can graduate slowly and carefully into something more - more and more intimate, as you get to know each other and as time goes on.
