What does this kind of body language mean?

There is this guy at work I like.. whenever I approach him he raises his head up..

1. What do you mean, he raises his head up? Is he just looking up b/c he sees someone walking up to him? Well I do that at Wal-Mart, work, home, etc. Sorry, but I wouldn't think too much about it!!
