Fix body language

How can I tell by certain statements or body language if someone had been raped or molested?

I have a friend who used to work with my current boss. She worked with him briefly, about a week. When I have asked her about working again in the same place, she had strongly refused, saying accusations about my boss, saying things like, "If you only knew what he did to me", "he could have gotten in a lot of trouble for what he did", and so forth. I've tried prying to find out what happened but she clearly does not want to admit what happened, or is embarrassed to. I want to help her but I feel I would need to know more before I take action. Naturally, I have no evidence or strong reason to assume whatever happened was sexual in nature or not, but one has to wonder... Partially for my own curiosity, I would like to know if there are any "tells" that could drop hints to what may or may not have happened, or could help me judge the severity of the situation.

1. well i wouldn't be reading to much into it..it just sounds like your friend don't wont you to know anything about it...i think if she did she would tell you so just drop it and be her friend..and when the time comes she may share it with you....but for now just let it be.
2. It sounds like something happen you should try talking to her again and let her know that your there for her and that you don't want it to happen to her or anyone else again. I think if you push a Lil more she will tell you she probably wouldn't of brought it up if she didn't want to tell someone.
