Analyzing body language.?

I was talking to this girl that I'm interested in today and I noticed that she would flip the pages in the book she was holding, which to me is a sign of nervousness. She would also do other fidgety things during the conversation. Is this nervousness a sign of attraction? Oh and also, I had her laughing most of the time so I don't think it was a boredom thing.
