Fix body language

Ladies please; tell my lunkhead brother some of the non-verbal cues and body language a girl will use to tell?

a guy she is NOT interested...He's got this crazy idea that a certain girl he fancies likes him, but I saw it differently Without me revealing what she did here, please tell him the subtle signals you send that you are not interested in a guy, and I'll bet a £1000 the body language and things she said (nothing overtly rejcting, mind you) was a typical woman's way of telling him to look elsewhere. Like I said, this girl was polite and nice, but I could easily see she wasn't interested, but he seems to have seen it differently. Settle a bet between me and the kid brother. I'm curious if any of you will leave answers that mirror exactly how she stood and what she politely said when he was trying to lay the charm on her.

1. Poor boy ! She would stand sideways on to him, avoid direct eye contact, her hands would be still, conversation would be minimum with yes, no, and I don't know featuring highly. Good luck, hope you win the £1000
2. If she was disinterested she would have been looking anywhere but at him, and finding "other things to do", from doodling to talking with others to staring around the room. She may also have been looking at her watch or a wall clock. She may also have repeated actions such as tapping her toes, swinging her feet, drumming her fingers, looking at her fingernails. Why don't you let him crash and burn? That'd be more fun than the grand, even, wouldn't it? If it were me I'd pull up a chair and popcorn and watch him suffer....
