Body Language - What does it mean if a person keeps scratching the skin under his nose?

This is a body language question. If a person keeps scratching the space between his upper-lip and his nose, with one finger, usually right hand, what can it mean?

1. allergies. or that theyre nervous thats what i do when im nervous or excited.
2. That there thinking, or its itchy, or they think there is something there, or their sweating. It could mean a lot of things, or it could mean nothing.
3. They have an itch and are right handed.
4. The person he is talking to has booger-schnotz on their nose!
5. He could be nervous. He could also have cut himself shaving or have a bug bite.
6. it means they like to stick their finger up their butt and smell it.
