Fix body language
Body language?
Ok..so my cousin tells me that as I walk I'm always looking at the floor. I don't like looking at people in the eyes, and I walk alittle stiff. She says its lack of confidence...I'm a quiet and very laid back person...so I dont know what these body language mean..

- You may not have a lack of confidence but the actions you are doing tell everyone else that you do lack it.
- awww, I used to do that :) Actually, its NOT lack of confidence- you're just "reserved." Trust me, there is a difference between the two & please tell your cousin that. I can't explain it, but I know where you're coming from. Now, I walk with my head up with direct eye contact, but I'm still extremely shy in public. I love shy people :)
