Question about guys and sex?

When we're having sex, the guy that I'm with looks into my eyes, clasps his hands around mine, holds my body close, at times we're forehead to forehead (which is pretty intimate to me considering he's not a bf), we kiss passionately, and he likes it when I run my fingers through his hair. I'm confused because he doesn't want a serious relationship and just wants to have fun but his sexual body language comes across intimate like a bf. Is he into me in more than a sexual way or not? How can I tell?
