Fix body language

If a girl tries to talk to a random stranger she thinks is cute, what are the telltale signs /body language...

that: a) he could be interested? b) he's sooo NOT interested? Also, Guys, do you have any tips for a girl to improve her chances?

1. a) SIGNS THAT HE'S INTERESTED - he's "checking you out"; letting his eyes walk down your body, looking at your curves - taking your clothes off with his eyes - he's standing unusually close to you - he's paying attention to everything you have to say, and ignoring everybody else b) SIGNS THAT HE'S NOT INTERESTED - he's ignoring you - looking away from you (not looking at your face or body) - trying to get away from you - not replying to anything your saying
2. Signs he could be interested: he smiles a lot, pays attention to her, acts all hyper and loud to show off, compliments her on stuff. Signs he is not interested: he acts kinda bored and ignores her, blatantly disagrees with something she says, looks at the time and says he has to go and leaves.
3. If he's interested, he'll look at you longer, and smile back at you when you're talking with him. Some of them, in a nice way, like being frisky with you. If you're interested in him make eye contact and smile often in the conversation so you send the right message. Believe it or not there are biological reactions that occur when you gaze on a man without breaking eye contact. If you don't like him just lean back and don't be too smily. The same thing will happen if he's not interested in you.
