If a girl tries to talk to a random stranger she thinks is cute, what are the telltale signs /body language...

that: a) he could be interested? b) he's sooo NOT interested? Also, Guys, do you have any tips for a girl to improve her chances? Or is it all just based on "if she's cute"?

Signs that he is not interested: He does not make good eye contact, seems to be hasty and to the point, does not want to make small talk, shuffles his feet and looks to the ground, crosses his arms across his chest, his facial muscles seem tense. Lastly, it is not just all about whether or not the girl is cute. So much of it has to do with personality and friendliness. If you are bubbly and upbeat, this can go a very long way. Guys do not want to be with someone that is always pessimistic and needy. Treat the guy just as he expects to be treated, and do not demand too much of him. Also, it is extremely important that you treat his friends with the utmost respect. This will leave them with a good impression, his friends will tell him how great you are, and therefore he definitely will not want to lose you and you will become that much more valuable to him! So in closing, it is not solely about cuteness, but principally about personality, as well as wardrobe. Those are all of the truly telltale signs of interest versus non-interest. 4. As for tips, one thing a lot of guys like is when, during the conversation, you touch them. Now, it has to seem natural and I obviously only mean like putting your hand on their shoulder, or a light smack when you just thought of something, a quick bumb with a shy glance when close by... There are a million ways to do it, find what comes natural and i guarantee that it will tell you if he is interested.
