need help with a girl and body language?

ok there's this girl i like and she likes me as well and we see each other everyday in the hall and we hug each other everytime we see eachother and she's really nice to me so today when i was walking up the stairs she was coming down and she said hi to me and i said hi back and she grabbed my left arm in a grabby motion so what im trying to ask is what does this mean and how do i make futher progression with her? thank you and she told me she likes me and i like her too but she said she doesnt know me very well and she wants to get to know me better so i told her id hang with her and she said she has to go with friends so i said thats ok so what do i do when we hang out what do we do?

1. well since you already know she likes u, thats what that means and with progression why dont u 2 just go out?
2. ask her to hang out in a group first and if it goes well ask her on a date. dont be to pushy girls hate that.
3. ask her out again, and do usual stuff like going to cafes or restaurants, you should know better what she likes. If she is romantic, I would advice restaurants, also the same goes if she has good manners. If she is funky, go to club or music festival..
