Signs/body language?

So, there is a girl in my college, and she behaves kinda strange, when I am around. For example when she sees me, she always smiles and looks down or turns her head to the other side and acts like she doesn'r see me. On the parking lot, she always parks her car right near mine. When I say something to her, she starts to laugh and talk very quickly, so it's even hard to understand what is she saying. So overall, she is very nervous and I think she is shy, but she is 20 years old already. Should I interpret her behavor as she likes me, or I am just paranoic )))?
