Fix body language

How can you read peoples mind by there body language?

I heard that it's super simple, but nobody notices it not even the person who's getting there mind read. For exsample if you put out 6 items and tell someone to pick one and close there eyes while the reader reads them out, but when the reader reads out yours picture in your head you yelling stop real loud. By there body reaction from yelling stop in there head you should be able to tell. I don't now how though.

1. I'm not sure how simple it is, but you can make inferences about a person through their body language. Some basic searching will yield more specific information. 2. I'm not sure if 'reading minds' is the term you wanted. I would have said "read feelings" I don't know how, but I can read most people's feelings after knowing them for a few days. I guess it is a talent? I don't know really how or why, but I do know it is.
