3. There is a lot of information in books on this, this is a study of human nature. Or if you don't want to read just watch people and there habits. you will learn.
4. Too complex to answer this briefly, non- verbal 'communication' is sometimes obvious, sometimes very subtle. I agree with others, visit library, there are several books on this subject.
