Has your common politeness or civil greeting ever been taken for some kind of sexual advance?

In real life, I know it can easily happen online because people can't see your expression or body language.

  11. In real life, yes, a number of times. Rather surprising. I know a very nice, outgoing girl who smiles at everyone, listens well, and flashes those pretty eyes at every opportunity. She isn't a flirt, but lots of guys think she is coming on to them when she really isn't. ;-)
