Is there a difference between the "kiss me" body language to the "take me to bed" body language?

I've been reading a lot about telling if a woman "likes" you or "is intrested" but I would think that once you estiblish that, there would be a different set of signals for if they wanted to get "physical" (other then grabbing for the sexual organs).

4. In my experience it's different for men and women. When a man wants to get physical he tends to be more 'touchy feely' with the woman, implying a more aggressive urgency. However, with most women I've known intimately, the signs for more physical interaction typically came from facial expressions, tone of voice and physical proximity. The use of eyes, mouth and voice can be very compelling when coming from a woman and when they position themselves in just the right proximity to a man ... that's when men become the most vulnerable of all species.
