I like another girl but her body language is very strange?

I met a girl a few months ago and we got to know each other. She didn't know I had a boyfriend and in a conversation said in a casual kind of way, 'I'd kiss you' in response to a previous incident that had occured. We got to know each other and she asked me quite directly where my relationship with my boyfriend is going. I went to her birthday drinks and she kissed me goodbye on the lips but when I kissed her back she pulled away. I then (mistakingly) sent her an email to which she responded too after I had seen her again.She has now moved jobs and she has given me her number so I can get free tickets and stuff. I went to her place of work and my friend went and said hi, then she came over to talk to us. My (gay) friend tried to set it up so she would sit next to me and we could hash this out but she sat next to him and opposite me. She grabbed hold of my arm a couple of times but pulled away quite abruptly. Is she just being nice, flirting casually or does she like me for real? I am bi, but she is gay
