Sway a bit with your body, narrow your eyes a little, and try to give glances like you're trying to look at them without them noticing.
It depends how you stand. Stand like you know that person would notice. And look at him with a slite smile, and blink your eyes a lot.
Smiling makes your eyes twinkle, and then you lower your lashes and have a wide-eyed look to them. You can put your hands on your hips, and lay them gently by your side which indicates openness and friendliness.
Tilt your head in a down ward motion and gaze upward at him. Don't take your eyes off him and smile while bringing your shoulder in an upward motion. This is a passive aggressive "come hither" move that usually gets a guy's heart pumpin' . When you know he's looking give him a little wink and if you're really courageous lick you lips and smile! Bet he's putty in your hands! :-)
