If a female is looking at you and does a slight toss with her hair is it a subconcious sign of attraction?

I've been reading things about body language and i saw something about flipping hair. it was saying if the female looks at you and flips her hair it can be that she's doing it without realizing because she wants the person to notice her. would it count if i was scanning a room and i saw her staring at me and in the same instant she did a slight toss with her hair? when she did it i got this feeling of openeness as if she was saying "i'm open".the first time i saw her i was staring so hard so she realized i wasn't giving her a casual look. she then started sitting at the table behind mine and when the teacher called my name for attendance out the corner of my eye i saw her head turn in my direction mine which made me wonder. the last time she sat there as i was walking by she was taking her seat and i saw her looking up at me but i played it off as if i didn't notice. no her hair wasn't in her eye...matter of fact i was the only person turned around in front. the only reason i noticed her was because i saw her staring in my direction....i didn't even know she was in the room
