Why is this not covered in sex ed? things like...?
Seeing how the most common questions here are how to get guys /girls to like you, how do tell if some one likes you. How do you ask them out? What to do date wise... What does it mean whaen a girl does this or that or a guy. Why are things like attraction, dating, body language, why guys and girls commonly atracted to certian things (ie girls muscells, guys skimpy clothes), signals etc not covered in sex ed with sex ed covering many lessions... Also how to handle relatioships, things like if you best mate gets a boyfriend and you are left on own or not neglecting mate. Who to handle it whebn you get dumped or nice ways to separate and all that sort of stuff to stop people being hurt or missing out. Help people fall in love not get rejected or miss out. Give help which may help furture relstioships... Show girls that guys dont understand all the signs and hints etc and wont know how you feel unless you tell them. Plus other things like buys will be facinated by girls breasts... they cant help it. Both guys and girls toss off... girls will prefer things that vibrate. They are not perves or freaks... and no you dont get blind or hairy palms. That its fine for girls to ask guys out and make the first moves and that most decent guys will be very happy as they were bricking it trying to work out how to ask out the girl. Approapiate things for 14,15,16,17 year olds to be doing along the 1st,2,nd, 3rd (3rd levels 1,2,3) and fouth base and being realisitic too. etc Save us having to do it The pressure to grow up is there no matter what... Stuiff like this would actually take all the stress out of it... ie they wont be stressing on how to ask someone out... they will just do it. And things wont keep going worng and they will be better able to do it. And yes you include if you are ever in the least bit worried something went wrong sex wise that may put you in the slightest danger of getting pregnant... you go and run and get a morning after pill bnot waste 3 days asking questions here till too late. Likewise why are not all the you can get pregnant if the guy pulls out, standing up, on period, first time, if sperm on fingers, if he shoots over your girlie bits etc etc. And no (people actually believed this) tying a luminous watch arround you will will not stop a girl getting pregnant by the radiation in the paint killing the sperm on the way out... thats total bollocks and would only result in a girl being sore if it scrated her, the watch comming off ****************** How many times do you see kids asking the same stuff here? *************************** quote ' all those things u will pick up on the way thru life, it is hard but u will learn xx ' Many clearly do not simply pick up things... Many stuggle and end up very lonley and hurt ending up slitting their wrists or becoming annorexic or turning to alcohol or drugs as can't cope... They are not stupid maybe good with computers, machines, science etc But dont pick up social things so easy and cannot learn unless successful in their first place to get a girlfirned... then fall behind and never catch up as everyone is ahead then get slated for trying to date those much younger as they are the onely ones on the same emotional/expereice level, Hence all the lonley hearts and hurt folk... And as said many end up suicdal as a result or end up in abusive realtioshisp, or loose mates and all sorts of hurt as can't cope and not shown how to deal with all of this. .

- oh i know.its silly and annoying.while we are at it,can we just mention that if you think you are pregnant,buy a test ! the whole "am i pregnant" questions annoy me the most

- Because non of those things can get u pregnant or a disease sex ed makes u aware of the consequences wiv sex if ur not careful, all those things u will pick up on the way thru life, it is hard but u will learn xx

- exactly! you're bang on right! i'm glad someone else has noticed cos i thought it was just me. i don't know why those things aren't covered but i know some people are too embarrassed to talk about it. and the government is too busy thinking of more ways to make money so they use cost-cutting strategies and assume fundamental education is enough. i hope i've made a bit of sense here.
- i help to teach sex ed and the reason some of those things do not get a mention is because everything has to get approved by the education authority and parent govenors and some of them cant remember what sex is because they are sooo old, they see that kind of education as an approval of youngsters having sex and regardless of the vast research to prove that educating them does not encourage then but makes them abstain for a little longer they dont budge, i see whaere you are coming from and with some of the points you ahve raised i agree, but you now we learn every day throughout our lives it never stops and so some things come with age and experience, you sound like a cool sensible guy well done !
