body language question?
what does it mean if someone keeps stroking there arms. i saw someone with a short sleve shrit on who kept tiggling there arm up and down i think it has something to do with body language but dont know what it meant. does anyone here no the body language meaning of this

- Depends, I need more information. But really I would think that the person is just cold.
- nervous, cold, itchy... (?!)
- They might be feeling nervous or anxious and need something to do to make them feel more relaxed. This is called 'closed' as they are open because there arms/hand is close to there body. They could have a itch but not if they are constantly stroking themselves. They could be unfamilar with the surroundings.
