what does it mean when a guy does this body language?

i seen my crush, we looked at eachother, he said hi to me, i said hi back, then he said "how are you" and i said i'm fine, at the same time when he said "how are you" he was rubbing his eye at the same time he said "how are you" to me, why was he rubbing his eye at the same time he said "how are you"?

2. One of two important things going on here. Either he is nervous. Or he has itchy eyes.
3. I know when I rub my eyes, Im either tired or having allergies. Dont read too much into it. If he likes you he will: 1. Talk to you when he could be talking to his friends 2. Smile at you from across the room (a big smile, not a grin) 3. Maybe blush a little if hes that type of guy 4. Sit by you when he can 5.
