Where can I go to learn all about body language and what everything means?

2. Life is long learning process... there is no such institution to learn this thing. You learn by living in it. Different individual has different body language.
3. Body language could mean anything. And by it's definition, someone who's paralyzed feels nothing and thinks nothing simply because they cannot move parts of their body. If you want to know what a person is thinking, TALK to them and get to KNOW them. I don't put a lot of stock in body language.
4. there are many books and internet resources, look it up.
