Fix body language

GUYS BODY LANGUAGE.. help?!?

k so theres this guy i reallyyyy like. we havent spoken yet, its complicated, and trust me i just cant talk to him right now from whats going on. but im pretty sure im made it pretty clear, and i feel like there are 2 options, either he reallyyyyy likes me back, or he pretty much thinks im creepy. So i need help with this body language. i saw him in the distance, and he was looking in my direction, as i was in his. and then as we got closer he looked kind of towards the ground, and i tried to make eye contact with those brownnn eyessss, but he was biting his nails and like distracting himself with his fingernails! also i noticed he kind of touched the back of his head a little before that too. i dont know what to do? what is this a sign of? should i leave him alone? what would be some other signs that i can look for next time?

2. What you're describing, I think, seems to indicate he's very shy. When you walk by him some time, look at him and smile, broadly and see if it changes his actions. Also, say "hi" or "hello" when you do.
3. All the gestures seems positive and shy, but the touching neck thing.. you sure? It means you're a pain in the neck! Those wants to thumbs down me better get an education in body language because I took it in business school. However touching back to adjust collar, etc is positive, why don't you make a move and ask him out for dinner lunch or something.

5. ok u need to talk to him. A guys is not gunna like you without you evertalking to him and be friends first and then kindof work your way in. It may take a while but go for it. And right now its impossible to tell if he likes you so really just talk to him.

Either he really likes you and thinks you think hes a creep, or he thinks your a creep and wants to keep his distance. i know, two completely opposite things. If he does it again, try saying hi, and if he grins while you walk away, then your golden.
8. He is definately shy. I do exactly the same thing. This is a guy who needs you to talk to him first. He will not make a move unless you speak to him first. Trust me. He bites his nails because he is trying to take his focus away from you and is scared that HE will have to speak to you. He wants to but he can't. If you like him, just talk to him. He might be shy but once he gets to know you he will relax. Don't forget to invite me to the wedding.
