How good are you are reading body language?

I think I am pretty good at reading body language, but can anyone tell me of some tell-tale signs/postures they look for?

1. Better than hearing with my ears and I hear good. Edit--It comes from your thoughts and naturally.
2. Yep, when she rips her knickers off and lays back naked on the bed with her legs behind her neck, I think that is a pretty good sign that she WANTS me.....what do you reckon?
3. Body language is pretty easy once you tune yourself into it, but be sure that you can also tune it out also. If someone is holding their head high and walking with a big gate then generally they are full of themselves ~ either with positive energy or negative. Depends. No or little eye contact in a conversation, or when you are walking by, generally means they do not want to interact with people, or they are shy. If arms are crossed it generally is a sign they are protecting themselves from interaction, or have something to hide. Open arms, or arms to the sides generally means they are open to interaction, or confident in themselves and interactions with others. Hands held behind the back can mean they have served in the military. That should get you started. Have fun!
4. Not looking in your eyes as they speak to you. Crossing their arms when speaking to you. Fidgeting with their hands or clothing. Touching their face. The way they sit or stand when talking to you, are they leaning forward? Do women brush imaginary lint off of a man's clothes? The tilt of the head while talking.
