Is the body of the letter correct as per english language?
This has refused to above captioned subject please note that I <name> was making investment in your company in the name of <name> who was minor earlier on dated <dated> my son has become major, therefore I request you to kindly make the changes in your records. I am enclosing PAN card of my son for your reference yours faithfully

- NO! I don't know why you used the word REFUSED. I think you meant REFERED. There also seems to be other errors in the letter.
- No. I think this is what you mean: This is in regard to the above captioned subjet. I, name, have been investing in your company on behalf of my son, name. He was a minor. He is no longer a minor. Accordingly, please transfer the account to his name. I don't know what a PAN card is, but I wouldn't enclose it. I assume you should provide the account number...but not the card. Maybe a photo copy of the card would be appropriate...but I doubt it.
