mens body language advice? READ DETAILS..........?

i work on a marine base and i work in one of the stores and there's this guy i have a big crush on. when he came in the store he was looking at me across the room with direct eye contact and he wouldn't move his eyes away and then he came closer and did the same thing he's very quiet so i walked by and said hi to him and he looked shocked and he was still giving me that deep look in my eyes when i went on break i was outside and he passed by me three times and each time he did it he gave me that look what does that mean? my friends say he's shy

2. He may just be looking at you deeply. If you like him, ask hiim to lunch. But normally if a guy's looking at you it's a good sign.
3. Yeah, I would have to say he is shy or isn't quiet sure how to approach you. I don't look directly at girls myself unless I'm somewhat interested in them at some level. From your description, it sounds like he would go out with you. Don't be afraid to make the first move because otherwise you'll just keep on guessing. It's ok for a girl to make the first move, just don't give it up too quick or he'll lose respect for you.
