What are some of the hidden messages in our body language?

They say that 55% of what we think is shown through our body language and only 7% in what we say. Microexpressions last one quarter of a second and show our hidden expressions and only one percent of the earths population have the natural ability to detect them. Body language is a lot more visible but can be just as difficult to comprehend. Can you give me examples of hidden messages shown in our body language, for example with people who lie?

1. usually when a person is lying, they shift their eyes and do not look at you. the feet are also very telling, if they are fidgity. there are a number of websites that tell these things. also look at poker tell sights, they explain a lot about body language, very interesting stuff.
2. Hands in front of their face, specifically the mouth. Excessive blink rate. Higher pitched voice. Lose of voice. Closed eyes during discussion. Physical avoidance and distancing.
3. the hard ones to comprehend is when a person looks to the right. they r lying. left, they r remembering.
