how can i read body language!?

i heard stuff before like being able to read a guys body language to tell if her likes you... something if his legs are pointed torwards you and he is looking some place else he likes you or something like that! my question is: what are all the signs that a guy likes you? the body language, the flirting, eye contact, the smile....? cause the guy i like he was like in L O V E with me for like a year strsight! but when he"stopped" liking me i started liking him! he has a gf but he sists near me at lunch and he always asks for a hug or as he would call it,, a "huggie" (hes adorable<3) were in middle school and we say iloveyou<3 to eachother like a lot! i really like him... hes cute,, funny,, short,, brave,, a man,, has a sensitive side,, skateboards and plays soccer (i like guys who do them both),, and way more! his laugh is so cute and his eyes are gorgeuos! i wish that he was mine forever<3.... sorry if i got off track lol but okay 1. how can i read body language? 2. how can i tell if he likes me? 3. any tips for the futur.?! THOROUGH ANSWERS PLEASE.! =D
