is there a dating body language guru out there.? need a female point of view on this body language question.? i went out to dinner with this girl. the table had 4 chairs. and instead of her siting in front of me. she sit on the chair to the right. i didnt think too much about it at that time, i am just wondering what does it mean. i am not too good on body language. i havent called her. not shore if i should. i think this may be a bad sign.. please help me.

Guys and Gals, do you understand and use body language cues when flirting or trying to capture dating bait? Interpreting social body language and using it to capture interest in the opposite sex seems to be a real art and craft. Sometimes the signals are so obvious, but we fail to receieve or understand them. I remember awhile back there was a very attractive, younger gal that I used to work very closely with, sitting next to each other in a graphic design office. She would come up and stand very close to ask something and "accidently" or brush against me. I didn't think much about it then, mainly because she had been married less than a year, but was already complaining about problems with her spouse. Because she was married, I kept hands off, even though I was certainly tempted to see where this was going. The signals were there I guess or the games. Who knows. Why is this not covered in sex ed? things like...? Seeing how the most common questions here are how to get guys /girls to like you, how do tell if some one likes you. How do you ask them out? What to do date wise... What does it mean whaen a girl does this or that or a guy. Why are things like attraction, dating, body language, why guys and girls commonly atracted to certian things (ie girls muscells, guys skimpy clothes), signals etc not covered in sex ed with sex ed covering many lessions... Also how to handle relatioships, things like if you best mate gets a boyfriend and you are left on own or not neglecting mate. Who to handle it whebn you get dumped or nice ways to separate and all that sort of stuff to stop people being hurt or missing out. Help people fall in love not get rejected or miss out. Give help which may help furture relstioships... Show girls that guys dont understand all the signs and hints etc and wont know how you feel unless you tell them. Plus other things like buys will be facinated by girls breasts... they cant help it. Both guys and girls toss off... girls will prefer things that vibrate. They are not perves or freaks... and no you dont get blind or hairy palms. That its fine for girls to ask guys out and make the first moves and that most decent guys will be very happy as they were bricking it trying to work out how to ask out the girl. Approapiate things for 14,15,16,17 year olds to be doing along the 1st,2,nd, 3rd (3rd levels 1,2,3) and fouth base and being realisitic too. etc Save us having to do it The pressure to grow up is there no matter what... Stuiff like this would actually take all the stress out of it... ie they wont be stressing on how to ask someone out... they will just do it. And things wont keep going worng and they will be better able to do it. And yes you include if you are ever in the least bit worried something went wrong sex wise that may put you in the slightest danger of getting pregnant... you go and run and get a morning after pill bnot waste 3 days asking questions here till too late. Likewise why are not all the you can get pregnant if the guy pulls out, standing up, on period, first time, if sperm on fingers, if he shoots over your girlie bits etc etc. And no (people actually believed this) tying a luminous watch arround you will will not stop a girl getting pregnant by the radiation in the paint killing the sperm on the way out... thats total bollocks and would only result in a girl being sore if it scrated her, the watch comming off ****************** How many times do you see kids asking the same stuff here? *************************** quote ' all those things u will pick up on the way thru life, it is hard but u will learn xx ' Many clearly do not simply pick up things... Dating conversation: how do I stop obsessing over bad dates? My conversations at the last few dates I've been on haven't gone too well. I was at dinner with a girl that I had a massive crush on (who actually has a BF in another city), but she was flirting with me heavily with her body language. Body language on a date (girls body language)? I'll let you in a few details: She's 18, I'm 16. We text each other a lot, a lot more than her and I text anyone else. She has also texted about how if I was older she would go for me and asked if I would give her a kiss. She offered to pick me up from school a few days ago and she bought me icecream, we then spent about an hour talking and driving around. She then parked and we wanted to decide something to do with me so I took it as a good sign. Reading male body language.? OK the age old question...Male body language. I went out on a blind date, which was good. At one point we ended up at his house and we watched a movie. As we sat (on opposite ends of the couch) he stretched his feet out, and laid them over my legs. Every once and a while he wiggled his toe which accidentlaly tickled me. ladies need advice about body language confusion ? Hello I have recently met a very nice lady she is about mid 40s just a few years older then me. She has made it very clear that she has been burnt badly in past relationships. Over the last 3 weeks the I have gotten to know her I have been very flirty now I know she knows for certain I am attracted to her as she is very intelligent. her body language seams to say I would like to get to know you better (slowly) but in emails she seams to try and refrain. As for the body language she often gives me this cute little hidden wave and grins when she sees me even several times in a day witch seams to be very different then the way she greats others. Often when we sit and talk she will angle towards or simply face me. We are taking dance classes together so some things are hard to say for certain like one time while dancing after only knowing her for a couple of days it felt as if she was trying to pull me closer. I have only gotten a couple of negative signals from her once I reached for the back of her hand and she recoiled. The other was at one of the dances as I sat down with her she kinda scooted her chair away a bit. but even after all that she still sends the same general positive signs. I heard it mentioned that a man can tell if a woman is single by her body language (and also what her face/dress/overall look says). This refers to both before and after you approach a woman, which apparently display different body language characteristics. I am not averse to approaching a woman anywhere and at any time, but I would like to enhance my game by developing this skill. What are the subtle, and not so subtle, cues I should look for? What other things give evidence to a woman being single or not single? if she is decked out to-the-nines and at walmart, is it highly likely she is looking? A question about body language and the interpretation of it.? I am dating a guy who might as well be considered my boyfriend (I think all that stands in the way of that title change is us having the dreaded talk, but I digress.) Both of us are introverts and tend on the shy side, though within the last month we seemed to have turned a corner and what shyness there was between us is quickly disappearing (which I believe is because a new level of trust was established during that time.) He does a lot of the media work at his church and there is a small media booth he works in at the back of the sanctuary. Sometimes before the service I'll go back there with him. He's busy so we don't really talk but the silence is a comfortable one. There's not much room in there so I usually lean against the wall with my hands folded behind my back. My question is, how might he interpret this? Is there a chance I might I be accidentally sending out bad signals through my body language? I don't want to confuse things by coming off as giving mixed signals.

Should I work on giving more eye contact or show more interest? I know not to look at them in a sexual and more in there general appearance. Any additional tips or suggestions would be great.

Body language question? I went on a date with my friend the other day and she kept looking with a strange kinda lusty look at my mouth. I am not even sure if she was looking at my mouth or below but I never had that look before. Do you know what that means in body language if it mean anything at all? There was also music in the backgroud (it was a coffee shop) and she started moving with the music (I think it also mean something in body language).

Body language and phone conversation? I have this serious problem of being shy. When I like a guy, I get all the more awkward and closed in, rather than being inviting, approachable, and smiling etc. As a result, most guys I dated assumed there was no chemistry from the beginning. Body language and rude behavior? A guy you are dating asks you to meet him out at a local bar one night. You meet and several of your friends are there and you all converse as a group. Later in the evening, 2 guy friends of the guy that you are dating show up. From that point in time, your guy starts conversing with his 2 friends and them only. Not only that but he completely turns in his chair so that his back is facing you. During this time, your friends have left the establishment so you are left sitting next to your date that has his back turned to you. For 20 minutes or more, He never takes a pause in the conversation with his friends and turns back to you. Would you consider this rude behavior? Why or why not?

Confusing Body Language I have known this girl for years when I used to work with her. Bu I bumped into her a few months ago. We have hung out now and then mostly in groups and on friday night she wanted to go dancing with me and we did and AGAIN with a group. Now I have given MANY signals that I have an interest in her... to the point where I said to her on teh phone the other day (in a nervous voice) "Hey I had a really great time on friday night, I was wondering if you would like to go out to dinner tomorrow night". We had a quick lunch on Monday. So I asked her because of my interviews and her lectures. If she wanted a coffee. She said should be ok just have to check her timetable. And then she asked if we were still up for meeting on Friday because we met up on monday. Bah I'm so freaking confused

Is scratching your private area a good way to show your date you like them? ...or have I got this dating body language thing all wrong?

Body Language? Delusional? Well I got a co-worker that I'm attracted to and think he feels the same way. But I'll never persue it because I don't date someone I work with. Too Much drama. Anyway, at my company's holiday party, I introduced him to my date. He kind of frowned at him and hesistated to speak to him and shake his hand. Why was his body language saying no but he kissed me? So I met this guy online and we went on a couple dates... .we have everything in common and have a great time together. We went to church together because its something we both like and he sat away from me, arms werent touching or anything, then we went out with his friends to a lounge to listen to music and have some drinks and he sat about a foot away from me. Woman I was really liking/dating stopped talking to me...why? I met and started dating this woman in her upper 20's about 1 month ago. She basically quit returning texts and calls a week or so ago. We hung out several times, and never had any problems. I spent one Sat night and all day Sunday with her. We spent the day w/ movies, and got very 'close' physically about 2 weeks ago. About a week and a half ago, I asked what she was looking for w/ me. This is a question on body language? We just had our first date, and we were getting on briliantly, laughing and talking loads. Initially upon eye contact he would look away embarassed but by the end we kept almost constant eye contact. At one point he sat with his hands on his thighs and kept rubbing his thighs with his hands. Just curious as to what that means. Any ideas?

Internet dating or real dating? Internet dating is actually alot harder for me than real dating. I don't get it, is body language that important for me? I'm having alot of trouble with lines to use online. Real life dating I have down so well that girls are nevous and self-consious around me. Aspies and dating? What would be a good way for a normally introverted guy with Asperger's, age 27, to meet women who are like/would get along with him? help! guys and girls need dating advice or advice on how to get to the date!? I know this guy and i really like him, i have for a couple years. Last year we became really good friends and this year we arnt as close, but we are both really busy.
